Klinikos pavadinimą, įmonės kodą, el. pašto adresą, nurodytą klinikos svetainėje, ir datą, kada Jums parašėme. Jei atsakėte, ir Jūsų vardą bei atsakymo tekstą.

Iš Jūsų klinikos svetainės, kurioje šis adresas skelbiamas viešai.
Kam juos naudojame
Kad pakviestume Jūsų kliniką į profesinius renginius. Šiuo metu tai dr. Venci Stankov konferencija Vilniuje 2026 m. lapkričio 21 d.
Kuo remiamės
Teisėtu interesu (BDAR 6 straipsnio 1 dalies f punktas): norime informuoti odontologijos klinikas apie profesinio tobulinimosi renginius. Elektroninių ryšių įstatymo 81 straipsnio 1 dalis leidžia tokius laiškus siųsti įmonėms be išankstinio sutikimo, jei jos gali lengvai jų atsisakyti.
Kas dar mato duomenis
MB AP e-com, kuri mūsų vardu padeda paruošti ir išsiųsti laiškus, ir IT paslaugų teikėjai: el. pašto paslaugą teikianti bendrovė „Google“ ir dirbtinio intelekto paslaugą, kuria ruošiami laiškai, teikianti bendrovė „Anthropic“. Jei jos duomenis tvarko už Europos ekonominės erdvės ribų, tai daroma pagal Europos Komisijos patvirtintas standartines sutarčių sąlygas. Duomenų neparduodame ir niekam kitam neperduodame.
Kiek laiko saugome
Iki 2026 m. gruodžio 31 d., tada ištriname. Jei atsisakėte laiškų, saugome tik adresą ir atsisakymo datą, kad daugiau nerašytume, bet ne ilgiau kaip trejus metus.
Jūsų teisės
Galite paprašyti, kad parodytume, ištaisytume ar ištrintume Jūsų duomenis arba apribotume jų naudojimą. Parašykite [email protected], atsakysime per mėnesį.
Galite bet kada nesutikti, kad Jums rašytume. Užtenka atsakyti į laišką „ne“, ir daugiau nerašysime.
Jei manote, kad duomenis tvarkome netinkamai, galite kreiptis į Valstybinę duomenų apsaugos inspekciją (vdai.lrv.lt) arba į savo šalies duomenų apsaugos priežiūros instituciją.

What we hold
The clinic's name, its company code, the email address published on the clinic's website, and the date we wrote to you. If you replied, also your name and your reply.
Where it came from
Your clinic's own website, where the address is public.
Why we use it
To invite your clinic to professional events. At the moment that is Dr Venci Stankov's conference in Vilnius on 21 November 2026.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): we want to tell dental clinics about professional education events. The law allows such emails to companies without prior consent, as long as refusing is easy.
Who else sees it
MB AP e-com, which prepares and sends the emails on our behalf, and two IT providers: Google, which provides the email service, and Anthropic, which provides the AI service used to prepare the emails. Where they process data outside the European Economic Area, they do so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell the data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until 31 December 2026, then it is deleted. If you opted out, we keep only the address and the date, so that we never write again, for no longer than three years.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to restrict its use. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within a month.
You can object to these emails at any time. Reply "no" and we will not write again.
If you think we handle data wrongly, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or to the data protection authority in your country.
